Please use Tvidler carefully & with caution. Follow the guidelines listed below:

  1. When using Tvidler never use force or push to the very end of your ear canal. It could impact your ear wax or, in the worst case scenario, damage your eardrum.
  2. People with sensitive ears should use Tvidler with extra caution. Please follow the “how to use” instructions and do not forcefully scrape the inside of your ear.
  3. If you have a pre-existing ear condition, do not use Tvidler or any of the similar products and seek medical attention instead. Consult your GP and / or otolaryngologist to assess wherever it is safe for you to start using Tvidler in the future. Using Tvidler with a pre-existing ear condition without a doctor’s assessment may lead to the aggravation of the present condition.
  4. Please use the Tvidler in a clean, well lit and stationary environment. Using Tvidler in a moving vehicle and / or doing it blindly may result in accidental ear damage.
  5. Please use Tvidler only for its intended purpose, i.e. ear wax cleaning. Do not stick Tvidler in your nostrils or anywhere else on your body.
  6. Children SHOULD NOT use Tvidler. Please keep Tvidler out of the reach of children!
