Make sure the high quality silicone spiral tip is attached onto the Tvidler handle.
Gently insert the Tvidler spiral into your ear.
Turn the spiral clockwise to remove excess ear wax.
Gently take Tvidler out and rinse the tip.
Repeat the process with your other ear.
Clean your ears a few times each week as per instructions above.
The first few uses of Tvidler soften the earwax, so do not worry if it seems it is not working at first! We advise you to use Tvidler for at least a few weeks in a row to witness results of its effectiveness. The softness of the silicone head tip is deliberate to prevent ear canal damage. The ear wax cleaner that is too hard may bruise your ear canal, which results in the quicker pace of ear wax accumulation. Tvidler spiral tip is made from soft, high quality silicone to prevent bruising and ensure maximum effectiveness.
First of all you should DEFINITELY NOT use q-tips to clean your ears! Even though it is the most popular method to deal with accumulated ear wax, q-tips were not designed for this purpose. In fact, they push the ear wax deeper, which causes it to become impacted. When excess wax builds up and is compacted it can potentially lead to hearing loss, tinnitus, earache, discharge or uncomfortable fullness in your ear. Ear drops are an effective and scientifically proven method of dealing with excess ear wax, however, they still have their drawbacks. You must constantly resupply your ear drop liquid, the procedure involves pouring it inside your ear canal and then shaking out the loosened wax (cumbersome procedure).
Ear wax candles, on the other hand, have dubious effectiveness and are prone to burning your ear. They are not recommended.
Tvidler is an effective, convenient and reusable solution to your ear wax accumulation problem. As a “subject please use the option: "Have not received an order confirmation". Our dedicated customer support team will then check whether or not your order has come through.
As long as your order has not left our warehouse we can still change and correct your delivery address. Please reach out to our customer service via the contact form you can find below using the subject "Address change". Your delivery address will then be adjusted. Once your order has left our warehouse we can no longer change your delivery address.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t reached the fulfilment stage it is possible we may still be able to change or cancel it.
However, please be aware that we are often unable to make these changes because we usually have your order packed and awaiting shipment within 24 hours of it being placed.
As long as your order has not yet been passed along to our logistics partner, we can cancel your order and reimburse you. Please use our contact form with the subject "Cancelling my order" and provide us with your order number. You can then simply place a new order and effectively change it on your own.

Within 30 Days Period from the delivery date of your order (to be determined by the tracking number provided) any customer who is not satisfied can return the product for a refund or replacement. Please note that a restocking fee of 15% is applied to all customer’s remorse returns. Return shipping will have to be covered by the customer and any related fees will not be compensated by us.

We will give a refund for the returned product within 14 days from receiving the product at our return address. However, please note that we will only accept the returned product if it was not used, has not been damaged and has been sent back to us in the original packaging.
